First for Service was implemented by our 3663 colleagues in the United Kingdom over twelve years ago. Service is not only a culture; it is a way of doing business and in our business, service excellence is undoubtedly that immeasurable discipline that determines our success or failure.
First For Service is a Total Quality Management Programme designed specifically for the development of our people, with the following objectives in mind:
